Nokia Windsor Triathlon & Bala

For the umpteeth year in a row, no matter what the weather forcast during the week before, John Lunt and the team at HumanRace manage to ensure that come Sunday morning it is dry and bright.

The Thames was a little tamer this year and between 6am and 8am, over 2000 people took part in one of the UK's premier triathlons, including over 30 BTS members. Meanwhile, 'phantom' club member Richard File was busy finishing 2nd in his age group (60-64) at the National Middle Distance Championships at Bala. Completing the 2k/80k/20k course in 5:37:46. Well Done Richard
